Attorney General Eric Holder will return to Congress this week to testify about the “Fast and Furious” program, a botched gun-tracking operation that allowed thousands of firearms to “walk” across the border into Mexico. The government lost track of many of the guns and two were found at the site of a Border Patrol agent’s murder in Arizona.
The controversy has cast a cloud over President Obama’s Justice Department and over 50 Republican lawmakers have called for Holder’s resignation.
